Are Courses free to use?
Yes. Switching Courses on is free and includes a number of free student places. You only pay for extra places, per student per year.
What counts as a student place?
Each person with an active enrolment in your courses uses one place, however many courses they take.
Do I need a separate video tool?
No. Live classes run in the built-in live classroom, so instructors and students join straight from the portal.
Can I sell recorded courses and run live batches together?
Yes. A student can take recorded courses, join live batches, or both, and you see their progress in one place.
Can my students also practise for IELTS and PTE?
Yes. Your portal includes Practet's AI-scored practice and mock tests, so students can prepare between classes.
How do I pay?
Extra places are paid from your portal wallet. You choose how many to buy and how many renew each year, and you can top up the wallet any time.
Can I use my own brand and domain?
Yes. Your portal carries your logo, colours and login page, and you can connect your own domain so students never see another brand.
Is my data safe?
Each business has its own private workspace. Staff only see what their role allows, and every important change is recorded in the audit log.
